Charter of Ethics

By working with Renovation Partner, the Builders of the work commit to respect all the criteria of the Charter of Ethics.

The Charter of Ethics was drafted based on the expectations of individuals who trust us every day. The purpose of this charter is to ensure that the work is carried out in the best conditions to guarantee customer satisfaction.

1. THE ADMINISTRATIVE OBLIGATIONS OF THE BUILDERS OF THE WORK

  • To be up to date with its administrative documents and to be able to provide them at any time.
  • Respect the social and fiscal legislations in force: declaration of employees, registration & invoicing.
  • To deliver a clear estimate mentioning all the conditions and to be ready to explain it to the customer.
  • Notify the client of additional charges.
  • Send the invoice at the end of the job whenever possible.

2. ADOPT A PROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE

  • Be civil and polite, use language that is not vulgar or familiar.
  • You are punctual during appointments with the customer, do not hesitate to warn him in case of delay.
  • Never discredit a collaborator and never question the work of another craftsman.

3. ADVISE YOUR CUSTOMERS

  • Advise the customer in an objective manner and do not encourage the use of one product over another.
  • Provide a regular follow-up of the progress of the work to the customer.
  • Adopt an educational approach to explain the techniques used to the customer.
  • Once the date of the end of the work is announced, stick to it as much as possible and anticipate the possible unforeseen events, if there are delays in the schedule, explain them in an educational and clear way to the individual.

4. PROVIDE QUALITY WORK

  • The most important thing is to provide high quality work. Do not accept projects that you cannot complete. Finish your work neatly and do not abandon the job in progress. A problem may arise and result in a complaint. It is very important to resolve this properly with the individual. Can’t find common ground? We are at your disposal.

5. RESPECT THE SITE OF INTERVENTION

  • Carefully protect the site and the access road
  • Come with all the necessary material to carry out the work
  • To clean conscientiously the place of the building site and the installed products“ Commit to leave the site unchanged, and in case of damage, take charge of the corrections
  • Respect the client’s environment and way of life and follow the instructions given (e.g. lock the door when leaving, respect the rules of the condominium …)
