Mr. Gilles Menguy
Paris team co-leader
Gilles Menguy is a business lawyer in Paris and London. A French-American living peacefully in Paris until his apartment was completely consumed by fire in 2021. Following the shock of the reality of contractors, insurers, delays, he decides to take matters into his own hands with his Serbian friend, a building contractor, with whom he creates Renovation Partner in 2022.

Mr. Michael Tomsett Perrot

Michael is a French-English lawyer admitted to the Paris Bar who started out as head of the real estate law department of a major American company. Today he advises real estate companies and investors and is one of the founders of Renovation Partner, which he is developing in the south of France with Jean-Christophe.
Mr. Petar Zafirovic
Paris team co-leader
Petar Zafirovic is a real estate investor and owner. French-Serbian, he has been able to help and advise many of his clients thanks to his knowledge and his network in the field of works and renovations. That’s why he joined forces with his friend Gilles Menguy to create Renovation Partner in 2022

Mr. Jean Christophe Jacques

Jean-Christophe has been an expert in renovation and construction for more than 20 years and has been entrusted with the renovation of prestigious properties (churches, abbeys, opera houses…) as well as large-scale projects (private islands, hotels…). A true enthusiast, he is one of the founders of Renovation Partner, which he is developing in the south of France with Michael.

Director of operations
Juliens Scuiller benefits from a sharp technical expertise and an excellent knowledge of the management of the participants of a building site. His adaptability, the speed and efficiency of the solutions he provides, and his constant communication with the people involved in the project ensure that the renovation you wish to realize is carried out in the best possible conditions.
Mrs. Maroua Bahij
Associate Architect HMONP
Co-founder of the BORO agency, Maroua BAHIJ is an HMONP architect, graduated from the National Superior School of Architecture of Montpellier (2015). Founding member of an architecture collective during her studies, she develops her sensibility on ephemeral architecture and transitory urbanism projects. She supervises the Tertiary/Logistics projects within the agency, including the hydrogen production and distribution projects.
Mr. Guillaume d’Oliveira
Partner, HMONP Architect
Co-founder of the BORO agency, Guillaume d’Oliveira is an HMONP architect, graduated from the National Superior School of Architecture of Montpellier (2012). His career has led him to work on large-scale projects. He supervises all Habitat and Medical projects as well as heavy rehabilitation projects within the agency.
Mrs. Séréna Rolet
Associate, State Certified Architect
Co-founder of the BORO agency, Séréna Rolet is a state-qualified architect from the Paris La Villette Architecture school (2017). She made her experience within an experimental architecture collective on re-use before setting up a structure specialized in design, interior architecture and scenography until 2019. She supervises design and interior architecture projects as well as the valorization of the re-use sector in the agency’s projects.
Mrs. Zineb Tahir
Intern, student in architecture
Masters Student at the National Superior School of Architecture of Toulouse. After obtaining her bachelor’s degree, she left for an exchange program in the University of Illinois Chicago where she studied urban planning. In the continuity of her university studies, she came to Paris to pursue an internship at the firm BORO Architects.
