The site renovation-partner.com is published by the company RENOVATION PARTNER, a company in the process of being registered and whose head office is located at 51 rue Ampère – 75017 Paris. RENOVATION PARTNER is concerned with the protection of personal data. This personal data protection policy (hereinafter the “Policy”) describes the commitments implemented by RENOVATION PARTNER, as the data controller, to ensure that your personal data is respected. Through this Policy, Renovation Partner also wishes to clearly inform you of the manner in which your personal data is collected and used when, as a User, you register on our Site to benefit from the Services described in Renovation Partner’s General Terms of Services (the “GTS”), of which the Policy is an integral part. Capitalized terms refer to the definition in the TOS.

Renovation Partner may make changes to this Policy, in particular due to changes in the relative legislation in force or a change in the company’s structure. In general, the Privacy Policy is always easily accessible on the Site.

What data is processed?

Renovation Partner takes care to collect only data that is strictly necessary for the purpose for which it is processed. The processing of the data collected allows the tool to generate documents allowing the launch of franchise concepts.

When collecting your data through a questionnaire, the compulsory nature of the communication of information is indicated by the presence of an asterisk or any other equivalent procedure. Failure to provide this information will make it impossible for Renovation Partner to process your request. We do not collect all of this data for each of our offers, some of the data collected is specific to certain disputes.

The information that can be collected is the following:

1. your identity (name, first name, maiden name, place of residence, nationality, profession, e-mail address, telephone number, date of birth, civility, place of birth,
   
2. relevant information about your existing business.
   

Other data may be contained in the supporting documents of the File.  

In order to respect the principle of data minimization (article 5.1.c. of the General Data Protection Regulation) Renovation Partner reminds that it is important to communicate, via the free text fields, only the data strictly necessary to generate the documents. In particular, the User must refrain from communicating data qualified as “sensitive”, or which do not meet the purpose.  

For security purposes and to limit the number of daily registrations of the same user, the IP address of the Users is also recorded. These data are never used for the identification or profiling of the User, but only for the protection of the site and its Users.
By providing Renovation Partner with this information and personal data, you expressly agree that this personal data is collected, recorded, used and subject to computer processing, under the conditions defined below. The processing is subject to the European Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter the “RGPD”), as well as the law “for confidence in the digital economy” No. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 (Article L.34-5 of the Code of Posts and Electronic Communications).

For what purposes are personal data processed?

Renovation Partner processes personal data for an explicit, legitimate and specific purpose, which is based on the execution of the contract, the respect of a legal or regulatory obligation or your consent.

The entry of this Data is mandatory and is subject to automated processing for the purposes of access to the Services, management and administration of the accounts of the Users registered on the Site.

The communication and processing of the data requested by Renovation Partner is essential for the provision of Renovation Partner’s services and/or to comply with the legal and regulatory requirements to which RENOVATION PARTNER is subject. Apart from these cases, Renovation Partner does not collect any data without your prior consent.
Renovation Partner collects and uses your personal data in the context of your access to the Site and for the purpose of providing the Services described in the General Terms of Services and more particularly:

• generate operational documents by combining technological tools and personalized advice;
• generate legal documents by combining technological tools and personalized advice;

How long do you keep personal information?

Renovation Partner ensures that these third parties process your data in a way that guarantees its integrity, confidentiality and security.

How long do you keep personal information?

Your personal data may be kept for the period necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected as mentioned below.

Data is kept in the following cycle:

• The data necessary for the creation of the file, the execution of the service and the follow-up of the file have a retention period equal to 2 years after the last interaction of the user with our applications. This period is reduced to 1 year when the User has not finalized his file.
• Access to this data is then reduced for a period of 3 years: archived in a partitioned environment, only a limited number of administrators can access it.
• After this period, the data is anonymized for statistical analysis or research and development purposes, with the exception of those necessary to comply with the legal obligation of conservation, in particular the invoices issued by the Company to the Client.

Renovation Partner ensures the security of your data by implementing enhanced data protection through the use of physical and logical security measures to ensure the integrity of your data and its confidential and secure processing.

In order for us to keep personal data up to date, we recommend that Users inform us of any changes or inaccuracies.
